Sumbry is the Vice President of Engineering at Upbound. He has over two decades of experience working in the platform, infrastructure, and reliability engineering space at companies like AirBnB, Uber, and Twilio. Upbound is Sumbry's seventh startup as he has a tendency to join amazing companies that have strong products & technologies used to solve interesting problems.

Tom is our VP, Global Sales & Customer Success and leads the customer acquisition, customer success and partnership functions at Upbound. With a career spanning over two decades, Tom brings extensive experience in the security and infrastructure domains having driven significant revenue growth at Okta and holding pivotal roles at industry leaders like Websense and Fortinet.

Lem is our Head of People. He has spent the last 13 years helping over 300 startups scale and grow people and talent operations. Hiring and enabling the world’s best talent and creating a culture where they can thrive have been central paradigms in his approach to building world class organizations.
